The Worker Bee Experience

The worker bee is named such because you will be working very very hard to get through the curiosity explorations and the content and watching lessons that you didn't attend, but if you are a self starter who needs a little bit less support and you are happy to pay separately for any ad-hoc feedback sessions you need, then you can go for this offer.

The Worker bee experience is all about doing the work, getting your hands dirty. You get the basic package and can get ad hoc lessons and exam prep add-ons and additional exam marking on an ad hoc basis - kind of like the modular nature of the hive.

You will only be at one of the 3 lessons a week and so you will naturally have much more work to do on your own, and you will have less time in the classroom with me. This is great for you if you are a very busy person and do not have the lesson times available, but it is also rather limiting for you if you are that busy person because you are then also less likely to be able to keep up with the workload.

I never do busy work, but I will always push you to be the best version of yourself, this means that I will expect you to expect mastery and excellence from yourself. It is not respectful of me to be begging you to work, if I believe the best of you, I will believe that you are doing your absolute best and if you need help staying accountable in some area, you will need to request that accountability - that way it is an accommodation.

This is a commitment to a year of preparation, and two years for those tackling A level Exams. It's a journey that values depth and diligence, both in studies and life.

The cost is not just financial; it requires time, effort, focus, and passion. This program encourages critical thinking and questioning, aiming to shape how students view the world daily. You will be working for 6-8 hours per week on a subject, not with busy work, but with deep research, exploration, practice and application. I do not major on exam success as the goal, but exam success comes naturally when you are diligently learning and being guided on your learning journey.
